Maintenance
UIG can design a maintenance contract specially tailored for the equipment or systems to be covered taking into account the geographical location, hours of coverage and requested initial response time. UIG can maintain equipment or systems installed by others – this entails a UIG site audit being completed prior to design of a maintenance contract proposal.
UIG also offer a full pro-active facilities management service and once again this can be applied to any site regardless of whether UIG originally supplied and installed the solution or not. Non-maintained customers can request maintenance and rectification works subject to UIG's standard non-contracted maintenance rates. Requests for maintenance, fault rectification or general assistance can be logged 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via telephone, UIG website or email.
